Introduction to Medfield, Massachusetts
Medfield is the 43rd town which was incorporated in Massachusetts. Settlers came here during 1649. The boundaries of the city extended into Medway and Millis in the past. Later on, the city got its new boundary. Great damage occurred in the year 1675 when, during an uprising, the natives burnt down the mills and barns.
